Pros would probably be the color! Unless it doesn’t turn out the way you want it to. Honestly, dyeing natural hair .. or rather any type of hair is risky. Not saying that to discourage you or anything because I myself have dyed hair. It truly just kinda depends on your hair.. some people’s hair reacts negatively to dye.. on the other hand, my hair was really conditioned and soft after it was dyed. I would suggest a) following all directions!!!!! do not stray from them.. they’re there for a reason b) going to a trusted professional c) do a strand test before you do your whole head to see what your hair’s reaction to the dye will be. And if you don’t want to use commercial dye, try henna or check out the natural hair dyes post under the hair care tips page of the blog.
